Axis Engineers provides forensic and structural engineering consultancy services including but not limited to: forensic engineering reports, structural assessments, non-destructive testing, expert witness services, and structural remediation advice. All services are provided by registered engineers and subject to separate engagement agreements.

3. Professional Advice

Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional engineering advice. Every structure and situation is unique. You should engage a qualified engineer for advice specific to your property or matter. Axis Engineers accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on general website content.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axis Engineers and its engineers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability for direct damages shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and reports produced by Axis Engineers are the intellectual property of Axis Engineers and are protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. Report Usage

Engineering reports produced by Axis Engineers are prepared for the specific client and purpose identified in the engagement agreement. Reports must not be used for any other purpose, relied upon by third parties not identified in the report, or reproduced without written consent from Axis Engineers.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in individual engagement agreements. Axis Engineers reserves the right to withhold delivery of final reports until payment is received. Late payments may attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us in writing at info@axisengineers.com.au. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to Terms

Axis Engineers reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
